Will they "stick" for a braid in fine hair? OR, are they smooth?

I bought for my granddaughter but they seemed smooth to me.

What is the diameter of the circle made by a band?

It's about 5" unstrestched but it's very stretchable

So are these just plain white, if you don't want them to glow? Or have a green tint to them?

If they say GLOW on the bag, they will glow in the dark. They are not pure white, & do have a tint to them. To get regular white bands, you must buy the bag that just says white, & not glow.
