Three pack replacement filters for the Hexagon 2 water system The filters are exchangeable between the Hexagon 2 three filter system and the new Pure Hydration four filter system. The one, two and three filters on the Hexagon 2 system are the same filters as the two, three and four filters on the Pure Hydration. The filter will have the Pure Hydration sticker on them instead of Hexagon 2 which are no long being sold in the United States.
