Perfect. Great Fit, Silent, Functional.
Perfect replacement for my 1988 Mercedes-Benz 190E. The previous owner had replaced the fuel filter with an aftermarket unit that was noisy and deficient. This Bosch fuel pump does its job silently and perfectly.

I replaced the old pump in my Mercedes 450SL with this pump. It was a direct replacement and has performed flawlessly. I wanted a Bosch pump rather than going with a knockoff. I was pleasantly surprised with the price.

Product image is different from actual product
The inlet side does not have the barbed fitting (as shown in the pictures) that you would slide a hose over and secure with a hose clamp. Instead it has a female threaded hole. You will need to purchase a separate adapter to thread into the inlet hole to have a barbed hose connection. I bought twice thinking they sent the wrong item. So a little Modification was required for my 1976 Mercedes 450SL I’m sure the pump works fine, my rating is due to the inaccurate product photos and the fact that the description does not include details about the inlet and outlet fitting sizes to inform you which thread size adapters to buy separately.

Good product, well built
This was not an exact fit for my '74 roadster, but it did fit nicely in the holder. the electrical connections fit well. I had to re-route the fuel line to attach it to the fuel filter as the original pump had a fixed outlet vs the banjo fitting needed for this pump. Seems to be built well and has been running smooth since I installed it. Overall this was a good purchase given the price vs. the minor amount of additional work and a couple extra parts needed (banjo fitting, cap nut, two fitting washers).

Good part good price
Worked as it should and the price was good. Shipping seemed to take a while though. Extra days were added to "fill the order" before it even ever shipped.

Perfect fit?
This plus a new fuel filter and fuel accumulator solved my problem with my 85 380sl. It would start then stall and then not start again for hours. But still the same, start then stop. Now it's perfect. Easy fix but be prepared to be doused with fuel.

Would it kill you to include 2 crush washers?
Product was exactly as advertised. I was surprised to get the package and it didn't include the 2 necessary crush washers for either side of the banjo fitting. These are almost impossible to find in the M12*16*1 size needed and for the extra 50 cents should definitely be included.
