The Original , Colors may vary

I love this product! My first Turbie lasted for years and when I purchased a replacement I assumed that it would be the same quality. Wrong. It was microfiber and not cotton. Personally I dislike microfiber. Really dislike the feel, the texture etc. so was disappointed. My fault though as I should have read the package. You can get Turbie Twists in 100% cotton OR microfiber. Read the package. The cotton ones are beyond wonderful. Thick and absorbant and they last a long time. Years. Super easy to put on and I like that it won't slip off your head until you are ready to remove it. A quality item!

I never knew there were two different versions of these products. Cotton and Microfiber. I have always used these and I love them. Mine were from CVS and Bed, Bath and Beyond. Mine are very old so I figured I would try and get some new ones. After searching on amazon, I learned that there are the Cotton and Microfibers ones. I went to my current ones and they are all microfiber. I purchased this one because all of the reviews said that the 100% cotton ones dry your hair faster. After ordering, receiving and trying, I have to agree that the 100% cotton Turbie Twists are much better overall. The one thing I don’t like is the price of one 100% Cotton Turbie Twist is the same as a two pack at Bed, Bath and Beyond with out any coupons. I know I will suck it up and pay the price, but I just wish they came with more than one in a pack. Another thing I don’t like is you don’t get to choose your colors. There should be an option to choose between the four colors instead of the shipping company just putting in whatever they want, but however they do it. I read reviews that people have ordered more than one in an order and received the same colors. To me, it would make sense if you order more than one to ship two different colors. This is just my opinion.

I bought this for my wife as it said 100% cotton on the photo of the package. She HATES the feel of the microfibre Turbie Twist towels. Turns out the photo was misleading and it was indeed microfibre so it was returned right away.

I had previously ordered a turbie twist towel and loved using it so went to re-order again. I don't know if its because there are more than 1 seller distributing this brand or that I ordered a few years ago and things have changed but, the only disappointment was I couldn't find the same colorful turbie twist and the last time I ordered it came in a package of 2. This time I was prewarned that the color that arrives might vary and I couldn't choose the color. There was only one in the package, and it was a basic white. However, the design and absorbency etc. was the same and was all good. I do enjoy using these towels after my bath and shower for tying up my long hair and even letting it drive a bit to preserve the natural curliness in my hair. Despite not knowing exactly what color I'd be getting I would order this again or for someone else.
