re: the individual gummy molds -- Why are the actual dimensions of length, width, depth nowhere to be found in the item listing?

They are 1 1/4 x 1 1/4 inches; 1/2 inch deep.

What is the easiest safest way to pour hot caramels in the individual mold cups?

I just poured it gently from my cast iron pot. I also only let it get to 245 instead 248. Does get in between molds

Do you need to spray the inside of the mold with veg spray or anything?

I bought these to make garlic and sugar cubes, etc. One is exclusively for garlic oil, confit and minced raw garlic. The other is used for anything else, including adobo paste, tomato paste, sugar cubes, candy etc. I love them. Perfect size, easy to clean and durable. Easy to store.
