Lasted only for a month. Safety valve is broken, thin and light weight, unsafe.

Came a month late and was broken on the handle. Looked so cheap that I am not going to use it for safety reasons.

Cooker build is thin. No comparison to similar sized Tata cooker purchased a decade ago. But works well. Use it for cooking dal and the whistles come out clean and well spaced without merging into one another.

The product is good at such price point.

Such a product poses safety risks and is unacceptable for any household. I trusted both Pigeon as a brand and Amazon as a reliable marketplace to deliver quality products, but this experience has severely shaken that trust. To add to the disappointment, I was informed that no exchange option is available, which forces me to request an immediate return and full refund. Amazon should be fully aware that selling defective products without proper quality checks or resolution options will inevitably affect customer confidence and loyalty. This is not just about one defective cooker; it is about the responsibility and accountability expected from reputed platforms and brands. I urge Amazon to take urgent action, arrange for the return of this faulty product, and process my refund without delay. This matter must be treated as a priority to restore the trust that has been compromised.
