These Black Seed Oil 120 Double Strength Capsules have been very good for us. Both my husband and I are already on our 4th bottle, which shows how satisfied we are with this product. Personally, I noticed that I had eczema between my fingers, and after consistent use for around 1–2 months, it gradually disappeared. I cannot say it will work the same for everyone, as results may vary depending on the individual, but this is my personal experience. I also noticed that my hair growth seems faster and my hair feels healthier overall. It’s important to mention that supplements can affect people differently depending on lifestyle and body, but for us this product has been very positive, which is why we continue using it. Overall, we are very happy with this supplement and will keep repurchasing it.

My wife has told me that I’ve lost some weight taking these. I can’t see it myself. Taking black seed oil is always going to be beneficial so this is my choice of product. They are so easy to take first thing in the morning. I originally decided to take them to help with my cholesterol, and asthma. So far so good 👍🏽

So far so good. I have been taking these for around 3 months and I have not had any illness. I feel that it is boosting my immune system as I've been in situations where I was having lack of sleep, in rooms full of "infected" people yet my immune system has remained strong. I did a blood test health check and my vitals were very strong in general. Some people have complained about the smell, but they just smell like the black seed oil... The size of the capsules are quite big, so if you struggle with this, I would recommend a liquid solution instead. You could probably burst the capsule but the taste wouldn't be great. That being said, I find it easy to swallow, it doesn't float to the top of your mouth with water which is a good thing. I take 1-2 a day and while the benefits are more passive rather than being able to tell, I think they are working as mentioned above, I have not been ill since on these.

Not sure yet as have not been taking it for long. Still awaiting for something! Maybe it’s happening and working its magic and I just can’t feel it yet? Good value. No taste. Easy to swallow.

This supplement is a real boost for my well being since taking it.it makes me feel a lot more active than before.

So I fell for the marketing adverts on social media and brought these. Apparently they provide a range of benefits, gut health, will clear your gut from the natural build up that accumulates over the years, mental clarity, better skin condition etc etc etc. The package arrived, I read the instructions which were take 2 before food. Simples. Day 1 nothing happened. Have I been conned? Day 2 funny tasting burps. Tummy feels weird. Day 3 did a big poo that required two flushes! Felt quite proud of the veritable log. Day 4 want to have a poo but nothing happens Day 5 mild discomfort, really want to poo, there's a poo there but it isn't coming out. Bit worried tbh. Day 6 took a 2 hour poo. I grunted, strained and found god to ask for his help. I bit the back of the toilet door in agony. Literally 2 hours of agony. If the Spanish Inquisition had these, they'd have used them on heritics and witches. I honestly had to stand up halfway through as my legs went to sleep. Pure agony, the poo, when it arrived, was about 2ft long and about 4 inches thick. Feel like I've been abused by a fencing post. One of the square ones. Burst a blood vessel in my eye trying to get that dead otter sized poo out. Couldn't walk for 5 minutes due to the pins and needles in my feet. Unable to flush the poo and wondered what to do, so, walking like one of those poor kids that wore calipers on their legs back at school I staggered like John Wayne from the loo. I retrieved a rod rest from my fishing tackle, which is basically a 3ft long pointed metal rod, and then tried to beat the dead otter into flushable chunks. Found a piece of Lego that I ate when I was 9 and 20p coin I swallowed for a drunken bet at Butlins in 1992/93. I feel about a stone lighter, too scared to check if I have hemaroids now.
