Keeping the guitar strings clean and quick in terms of sliding fingers while playing can be helped using this product. After a few uses or if the guitar sits a few weeks or months, getting all matter off of the strings always for better playing and movement. A good kit addressing a guitar player's string hygiene

Cleans the strings well. Easy to use and a little goes a long way.lubricates the strings as well. It does have a bit of an odor nothing excessive and it does fade after a few plays on the stings.
