Bullet to your arch
I'm not sure if my shoe is a bit too wide but either way, these insoles are like a bullet to my arches. A lot of pain. Couldn't wear it for 1 hour. The arch support should be smooth and elevated not a narrow bump.

They work for tall arche support.
Definitely helps with my temporarily weakened arch. I have been through this twice before in the past 2 decades

My favorite insole
These insoles are comfy and supportive. I've suffered with plantar fasciitis for a couple years and this is my second time. These insoles really help. The problem has always been finding the right shoes for my wide feet. Fitville shoes work well with these insoles.
