Do you use one packet each time you descale?

You have to use one of the sachets. So you may descale twice with one packet.

Can this be used on a wolf coffeee machine? The one I get for subzero looks nearly identical to this with the exception of label names on the package.

I CAN NOT SEE WHY. THE FORMULA SHOULD BE UNIVERSAL. i USE IT REGULARLY ON MY MACHINE

How dose it work? Do you just run it thru the machine via the water tank?

Yes, run it through the water tank and rinse. Very effective cleaner.
