No casings come with this seasoning. It contains seasoning and cure only.

You have to make your own???

You just have to add water and within 6 hours you will have 25lbs of summer sausage.

I followed all insturctions summer sausage tasted great but very salty I never added anything how can I fix this???

Did you use the cure? You can use less cure and try less seasoning and should cut the saltiness. I’ve used the garlic black pepper summer sausage and it was great just always use a little less seasoning to cut back on the salt

What size casing is recommended for these franks? Do you use a collegen casing for these??
