Very useful to have on hand!
Bought these to use in restoring partially butchered vacuum lines in a vintage motorhome. Did not end up needing them for that original job so they went in my spare parts storage area in the motorhome. Fast forward to today. While evaluating the dysfunctional vacuum style vent controls in the motorhome, I discovered that the small vacuum line from the vacuum ball to the dash buttons had been melted closed in one small section. This prevented vacuum from getting to the dash buttons and thus from reaching any of the flapper actuators. I simply cut that bad/melted part out of the line, used one of these adapters to splice the line back together and now the motorhome A/C and heating and vent flapper system works perfectly again. I'm back here not just to write a review but to buy another package of these adapters. I'm very happy with them and want to keep them on hand. And yes; I did reroute the vacuum line away from the heat source that caused the problem! Oh and one last thing! These connectors are long. In my application, I cut the connector in two so I'd have another connector of that size if needed later. I almost certainly couldve cut it into thirds and still had plenty to do the splice. This makes these connectors all the more economical.

Overpriced
For $7.50 you get four pieces of small diameter, 1.5-inch long PVC vinyl hose to repair breaks in an existing vacuum line. I couldn't find anyone else selling the right kind of repair hose in the diameter I needed, so I ordered this, and it did solve my vacuum leak. But it's really overpriced for what it is.
