They work fine, form factor is very handy, but why aren’t they refillable? Such a waste of metal and plastic.

Yeah, the lighter is easy to use, but isn't refillable which is the biggest drawback of this product.

Superb flame, flexible neck makes it very useful to light wicks inside deep lamps. Non refillable makes it very expensive.

Lighter arrived in non working condition and not in original packing. Opened boxed packing after 2 weeks of delivery as was out of town so did not realise the lighters were taped wrapped together on the inside. There was no gas also in both lighters. Had ordered before about 3 year ago and was fine when received But repeat order was Very disappointing experience.
