Adquirí este producto para los granos de milium y para eso no sirve, así que perdí dinero, además de que es excesivamente caro y no sé por qué, ya no sirve para lo que dice y al mío se le sale el aro. Mala compra.

So good! It's important to be extremely careful if using to extract milia because it punctures the top layer of skin. The lance is sharp so I was able to easily nick and create a tiny hole that allowed extraction. I watched a few YouTube examples to see ideas about positioning the lance before I tried it out. I'm super impressed. I have also used Qtips to remove the keratin ball, but the wand end of this tool is very effective. My skin is extremely prone to scarring so I apply pure Vitamin E twice a day to each spot, for a full 10 days after removal. Highly effective. Saves a bundle on derm appointments.
