My pills smell like grapefruit, what is the active ingredient?

Hi the active ingredients are on the bottle, dindolylmethane. A citrus flavor is added because they smell funny otherwise.

Does this product use soy or titanium dioxide as an ingredient?

I'm not sure but this product is VERY TOXIC. It smells so bad of petroleum chemicals that we are going to dispose of the whole bottle as biohazardous material!
