I actually prepped my paint so I could put ceramic on my paint so I needed a bunch of rags to not only prep my paint after correction(removing leftover polish) but to remove the ceramic components once they flashed. These rags were perfect for it, great softness but also effective for buffing out the techniq CSL and exov5 coating. There is to be relatively no pressure so effective rags are a must. These not only did that but also removed the glass polish and glass ceramic coating(with help from residue remover). These things worked great, the but it that i can tell they won't last long, they are pilling and the edges look like they could unravel (looks like, they haven't but i only used them once. 12 rags, somewhere around 20.00. Well worth it especially if you are going to do regular ceramic coatings or even wax. Full 5 for material softness and effectiveness. I'd definitely buy again

These are just right for ceramic coating work or anything like that, including touch up polishing with wax or whatever. Simple, no tags or anomalies, work great. That's why I'm a repeat customer.

I had rag company towels in the past and this one was for use to detail and apply graphene for my Tesla which has soft paint. These towels are soft and will not scratch the paint not matter how much you press. I ended up using it for many other uses inside the house as well, You do not want your home fixture to be scratched either by rough towels. Best for either polish removal or detail spray removal use a quality soap machine washing like rags to riches but presoak in bucket if you utilized for polishing removal. Air dry only in your dryer to a lite dampness softness of your towels will be preserved

I like The Rag Company a lot but suggest buying direct from them as some have supposedly received knock off products. In my case there's an obvious difference between what I purchased here vs direct from The Rag Company.

I blow-dry my car, but there's still some trace moisture left behind that these cloths pick up readily just floating them over the paint. They did not get stupid and sew tags on them, so you don't have to worry bout cutting those off and leaving scratchy edges. I use once, and wash all at once, cool-drying, no heat. They're probably good for other careful work. If they get wet, they do wring out to just damp. The size is nicely suited to use, not too big, not too small.

Get them from the big box store, overrated and over priced. Make sure you wash it. It’s better but still not perfect. Use it for glass
