Outward Hound Hedgehogz Plush Dog Toy, Squeaks & Grunts, Medium, 9" x 6.5"

This is a great toy for our English Cream Golden Retriever. He had the small version since he was 8 weeks old and only 8 pounds. At 16 months and 85 pounds, it is just now beginning to show wear - and that was after lots and lots of pulling, tug of wars, and chewing. It was his favorite toy - until today when this larger version arrived. He absolutely loves it! This toy looks to be made just as sturdy as the original little one. I recommend this toy for a golden retriever. A different dog might punish the toy more, but I think it's perfect for our Sam.

My dog absolutely loves this Outward Hound Hedgehogz toy. It quickly became one of their favorite toys and gets plenty of playtime every day.The soft plush design makes it great for carrying, tossing, and chewing, while the built-in squeak and grunt sounds keep my dog interested and entertained. The shape is also easy for dogs to grab and carry around.It has held up well through regular play and has been a fun addition to my dog's toy collection. Overall, this is a simple, entertaining toy that dogs seem to really enjoy. 5/5 stars.

This is my pup's favorite stuffed animal of them all. Hedgie - as we like to call it - usually lasts us a good 6-7 months before it's ready to throw out and replace with a new one. My dog loves chewing on this, the nose is always the first thing to go, throwing it around on his own, playing fetch with it, and snuggling with it. The noise and squeaker really keep his attention it's so cute to watch him play with this toy. It's fun, it's bouncy, it's his favorite. It's not very durable. To make it last longer, we patch up small holes just by hand sewing, and that works easily enough. If your dog loves stuffed animals, this one will be a hit! Just know you'll have to replace it at least twice a year, if not more, depending how rough your dog gets with it. But it's well worth the price and we love it.

My Labradoodle Abby loves her Hedgehog. Dogs know approximately 1000 words and she knows hedgehog! My husband asked me to order a new one for her in case the first one is lost or tares. She saw it and wouldn't leave me alone, so I gave it to her. The new one Grunts and squeaks and she is fascinated by it.

On the one hand, this thing makes the best sound (namely, the grunts) I've heard in 20 years of dog ownership. And the dog loves it and it's a great size. On the other, this is not a safe toy: the hedgehog fur comes off easily in his mouth. He spits it out, littering my place with little dark-brown shreds of hedgehog fur. Many dogs would just swallow the material.

My weimaraner loves her XL hedgehog so much! She went through at least 10 in her 2.5 yrs. She suckles on it and its sooo adorable. They last a long time.

Lots fun, seems to have more than one squeaker in it so the dog can make different sounds depending on where they squeeze it. Great value and seems really tough

A beautiful dog toy, does everything it say!! Love the grunting noise. But my dog doesn't play much with toys (not the company's fault) so i can't judge on that, thought i might have tempted him!! But no. A very good well made toy, for dogs that love toys. The price is excellent for such a well made toy.

My dog loves these. They're good quality and can withstand a decent amount of wear! It's his favourite soft toy and I've bought many of them (not sure how many...). I'd definitely recommend it!
