Good alternative for elderly cats.

Good product; outrageous price tho
I use this for my rabbit and love this brand. The floor of the box is not smooth which allows the rabbit to land more securely rather than jump and slide. Price is outrageous though.

Perfect!
I have an elderly cat with arthritis and this litter box is perfect for her. It is easy to clean, nothing sticks to the bottom. It’s big and spacious and she seems to make much less of a mess when using it than with other litter boxes. My other cat likes it too!

Great Litter Box for Senior Cats
My female senior cat of 16 years old got ill and had trouble walking or jumping around. The litter box I was using had was a pretty high opening for her to get in or out of. This litter box is very low to the ground and she is able to go in and out without any trouble. This definitely will work for any senior cat that has mobility or trouble jumping up into their litter box.

Not good for large cats
My arthritic cat could get in and out of this litter box easily, but since he is a large cat, when he urinates the urine goes right over the top and ends up on the floor. So it is good for easy access but kind of defeats the purpose for large breeds. My cat always urinates in a corner so he is near the edge. If your cat urinates in the center of the litter box, it would probably be fine.

Love it and so does my senior!
I have a 15 1/2 year old cat that loves his new box. I have no more issues with pottying outside box. He can sling litter out of the front but, he’s happy so I am too. My opinion is there is pretty much always going to be some litter no matter what type box you use. It’s made all the difference for him. It’s really good quality and I loved being able to select a color I liked. It blends nicely with decor.

Like the lower entryway
Good product for older cats as their legs aren’t as strong. Has a lower entryway. Easy to clean. Good value.
