Actually detoxing not just a laxative like many of other colon "detoxes"! I actually noticed a difference in my energy level starting day two. Normally I do a juice cleanse once a month but thought I would try this. In the past most colon cleanse products are simply just a laxative. This did not upset my stomach nor did it act as a laxative. Most supplements take a week or so for me to notice the results, this I noticed starting day two and I am continuing to take it after day 15. I am a highly active runner and climber. I take a daily medication that leaves me very backed up. I have been dealing with stomach issues for years as a result. This product has made me feel like a new person! I am on day 8 of the product. I travel a lot and due to unhealthy food choices while traveling I opted to start taking these. Seem to work well. No cramping or any other discomfort but I did get too loose by day 4 so I adjusted to 2 pills for now. I can finally go regularly every day. I haven't gone more than once per day so it is not causing any frequent toilet runs. At least not for me. It seems to be a good product and does what it says. I will keep on taking it.

All the women in my family have chronic constipation. For many years I have relied on supplements such as probiotics, prebiotics, stool softeners, etc. I was even prescribed Linzess which is very expensive and only worked the 1st month. I recently started taking this and was pleasantly surprised that there is no cramping or diarrhea side effects. I take three pills at night with my multi vitamins and probiotics. It is a bit early too tell whether or not this product is effective; however, I did take 3 capsules last night without regretting it this morning. No insane gurgling or cramping, and I woke up really hungry despite eating a little closer to my bedtime than usual.
