Does this come with a wiring harness?

I know this is an old question, but just in case someone else has this same question, it comes with a wiring harness for the RADIO, not for your vehicle. You need two harnesses, one that connects to the radio, one that connects to your vehicle, and the vehicle harness is always vehicle specific; they're super cheap, just search amazon for one that fits your vehicle. They aren't "technically" required, but with a vehicle harness you don't have to cut up your factory wires and look up wiring colors, with after-market harnesses you should (in all cases I've tested) just match up same wire colors and twist-tie (or solder) them together, easy-peesy, the hardest part is usually getting the radio out.

Can I play my music off my iphone using the usb slot and will it charge my iphone 6 if it's plugged in as well?

This plays music via streaming off my galaxy 8+ and charges via USB.

I'd like to know if this radio come with a microfone or microphone port to unswer the cell phone. Thanks, Valdir

The microphone is built into the radio faceplate. I am surprised at how well it works and I have had people tell me how clear I sound when they are talking to me.

what comes with the receiver? Do i still need to buy wires, pliers, and other stuff to install this?

However, you may need three aftermarket accessories to complete your installation: · Dash kit · Wire harness (Connects car wiring to stereo wiring) · Antenna adapter You will want to use MetraOnline's vehicle fitment guide to find the part numbers you will need.
