Can you use them to sit on?

They are small, you can sit or stand up on them and they are not going to get damaged but they aren’t made to stay sitted on them.

Will these slide on tile or laminate wood flooring?

I think they would. The bottoms are smooth.

Can you place your hands on them (like doing a plank..2 under hands and 2 under feet)? Or would it be painful in your hands?

Yes you can. You can choosr between flat or the spiky surface! I use both sides and I even step on them with my feet as I am in a plank position.

I’m looking to use these for softball training. Can you use metal spikes on them?

Use sneakers. Metal has a high chance of popping them
