This is amazing! This collagen peptides and MCT oil works! Keeps me regular! Only product I have used that works!!!!!

So, I'll start off by saying, I use this for my coffee or morning black tea. I add table spoon of Cacao Butter, one tbsp of MCT oil and sometimes a tablespoon of coconut cream. It's satiating and keeps me going all morning. So, I decided to give this a try, instead of liquid MCT oil, because for travel MCT oil is such a hassle. I like that this blends both MCT oil and Collagen. I will start off by saying that I do not have a sweet tooth, my loves are salty carbs usually, and I try hard to avoid those. To change things up, I thought I'd try the Vanilla flavored one...OH BOY was that a mistake. It was so overly sweet and had a terrible aftertaste. I realize this is based on palates and that definitely varies, but if you're like me, don't like overly sweet things, stick to the unflavored. It's awesome. Blends well with my frother, no aftertaste. So far loving this option!

Update - March 2020 - I'm on my 4th jar and still find it to be the best source for protein. I add a scoop to my morning smoothie, when I know that meal needs to last for hours of conference calls and work tasks, and it keeps me nourished. Love it! It's super expensive but it's worth every penny when you truly need it. Original: I had to take high dose aspirin for a month after surgery and completely lost my appetite and any desire for food whatsoever. The only thing I could stomach was my usual morning spinach smoothie or green juice. I was concerned about not getting enough protein and I bought this to add my smoothies. It was a lifesaver! Even after I stopped taking the aspirin my stomach and gut were pretty sensitive for another month. I'm still using this powder daily and feel like it's still helping keep me nourished and satisfied when I can't eat decent size portions of protein. The MCT makes a mild difference in energy. This feels like really good stuff!

I've tried many similar brands and products, but I always come back to this product. I have tried the chocolate, but I prefer the unflavored. I put about a half scoop in my coffee every morning. It blends really well, does not have any kind of aftertaste, and adds a slight creaminess to my coffee. I did notice a huge difference in my forehead wrinkles within 48 hours. In 2 weeks, I didn't have any more pain in my joints on my morning walk. I also notice that I am much more cognitively focused in the morning hours after my coffee. This was super helpful because I was getting up super early to do school work before work work. The only reason I didn't give it a five is because it really is like a bag of Lays potato chips - it's half full. I know to expect it, but my gigantic jug of protein powder doesn't settle nearly as much. I DO wish the manufacturer would fill it quite a bit more, especially because of the price. It is one of the highest priced products I have purchased, and it is effective for my use, but I just always get so irritated when I open it and it's half full. I'd rather dig for the scoop in a full jar, rather than just be presented with the scoop in a half full jar.

I love it, I put it in the cafe and it doesn't change the taste.
