This is a wonderful and important book. In the past few years there is so much more information out there about how the brain works, which is great. However, what I love about Scott Halford's approach to it is that, first of all, he's been doing this work for many years, even before it was "popular," and second of all, he's down to earth, accessible, and real. So often I feel stupid or overwhelmed when I hear people talk about or write about brain science...but with Scott's approach and this book, it not only makes sense, I can see how it will help me, my life, and those around me. I highly recommend this book!

An interesting reading. A variety of chapters including business psychology, leadership, diet, exercise and stamina. Like going back to read a few pages on a daily basis.
