What’s the difference between this one and the cheaper models that are also 20-60x80?

I compared this ED model and the cheaper HD model ($179) side by side.  I found this one has significantly larger FOV.  This one has a wider eyepiece, making it more comfortable for long time viewing. Other than these, the two models perform very similarly in terms of image clarity and resolution.  I did not find the dual-focus feature very helpful.  When I change the zoom, I still have to refocus, just like the cheaper model.  I ended up using the fine-tune nob all the time, never needed the fast focus.   This scope is larger in size and much heavier, which is a deal breaker for me.  Besides, the tripod adapter on this model is inferior, less compatible to many tripod brand than the $179 model.  I am a casual wildlife observer.  The cheaper model just fits the bill.  If I were a serious birder or hunter, I would probably invest in a top model of Swarovski or Zeiss.

What is the warranty?

It has a lifetime warranty if you register it with Gosky within 21 days of purchase.  If you don't register it, it's just a 1 year warranty.  A card in the box tells you how to register it online.

Is this spotting scope good at 1000 yds?

What attachment fits for a nikon dslr camera? i thought i could use this gosky scope with my nikon camera, but all i can find is phone attachments.

These worked to attach my Nikon D5200 to the Gosky 20-60x80 Dual Focusing ED Spotting Scope.  I'm still trying to figure out how to use it though as there is no aperture control without a Nikon lens attached (I am in manual mode).

Note:  The telescope T-adapter isn't needed to attach the Nikon to the Gosky, but since it was included with the T-ring and I had a telescope it would work on I ordered this instead of just getting the T-ring adapter alone.  The price difference was negligible.
