Yes, it is a full sized logo covering the entire back of the sweater.

I wear a mens xxl but not sure what size to buying this item in should I get a bigger size?

My son is 6' 1" and 296lbs, I bought him the XXL in this jacked and it fits him comfortably with a little extra room, but not sloppy room, just enough. I'd say this jacket is true to size. I also might add that it washes well in cold water, but I don't dry it to protect the graphics.

The size chart is a bit confusing, does this hoodie classify as a dress shirt. casual shirt or casual shirt, big&tall?

We did mot look at the size chart. There was a review which showed pictures of the jacket on the customer and the size he ordered. We chose the large size which seems to be the standard size for a fleece jacket you would find at the local department store. Sorry i am bot sure which size chart that would fall into. My nephew is about 5'8" tall and the large falls a little past his waist. Hope this helps a bit.
