Is there a way to get replacement parts? My child is really enjoying building this robotic arm, unfortunately some of the tiny parts are lost

Horrible customer service with the company, don't offer replacement or replacement parts. Told us to use zip ties to hold it together. Biggest waste of money and a piece of junk. Wouldn't recommend

Why are there two different prices for this product? One is $37 and the other is $59... I don't see a difference in either product. Please help!

Arm not working , my son build the arm but the front part or the claw does not pick up stuff

hi its actually for me a con. my son is 12. very difficult to assembly and its not a robot! if the arm doesn't work its a pain. it means there is air in the tube so he has to desassumble it, get rid of the air using 2 water sources for each end of the tube and then reassembly it. as i said we were very dissapointed with the product. however its very educative in terms of engineering!
