Where do I purchase cases for this pillow

I would also like the option to purchase pillow cases separately, preferably organic cotton instead of the horrible pilling polyester. I like the pillow itself but hate the cover.

I ned a very firm half moon. I have positional apnea and must sleep in my side. Firm enough to keep me from rolling on to my back?

It should be sufficient if used on top of a firm mattress. Mine provides adequate support when used for the same thing, and I am a large person.
