this is my favorite bra insert pads, the thickness is just fine.

Great quality..for normal size (Cup B). What I dislike is, it is too small in some of my sports bra. Felt uncomfortable and moving. Not sure if they have cup C size.

Does not fit size E. Returned the item and still had to pay $7.99 postage.

Great value for a premium insert. They kept me from returning a bra I loved but had horrible inserts. They are not so thick that they feel unnatural. I would say just right. I purchased a size a size DE I am a 40 back and between a B-C cup. They fit and look nice in all of my bras . My only let down is that they can tend to move. I fix this with clothing tape.

These are well made with a good fit and feel. Great value. They provide just enough uplift without looking unnatural. I’d like them better if they were a little less padded overall , above the uplift padding but I can’t seem to find that feature. I really just want the uplift to even things out.

Thr bump isn't very big and it's flat so not very helpful. I like the cups are stiff but being I order a lot online from many sites these seem to be Asian sizes. I'm a size 38D and ordered a size up and they are still kind of small which matches up with the sizes of bras ordered from China online. Buy 2 sizes up. Don't put these in your bra directly on your skin they itch. I got these to replace the inserts in my sports bras since I have to watch them every use. They will do but they don't look too great since its too small makes a weird shape on top of the boob. Edited: after several washes (these are work bras and so they have to be washed literally every day) and air dry this is how they look. Unless you are wearing a very loose shirt it's very visible all the creases in the padding. Would I buy it again? No. Might be good if you are a smaller size and not planning on wearing it often or sweating in it.
