I had a single mastectomy. I have a prothesis on one side, and a prosthetic shaper on the other. The shaper and the prosthetic are not quite equal in size. I bought these silicone inserts to fill out my mastectomy bra evenly, add size, and because they looked like they wouldn't slide around. I am happy to say that these bra inserts do all three things I wanted them to do.I wear the inserts upside down (thick side up) to give fullness to the prosthetic breast forms. For people who still have their breasts, the inserts will definitely push you up for a nice cleavage look. The thickest part of the insert is one inch, as advertised. I can't speak for the comfort against skin, but they are flexible enough that I think they would be comfortable in a bra. They are slightly sticky, but not adhesive, so it is easy to move them for adjustment, but they stay in place very well.They look very nice under clothes. The honeycomb pattern shows through my bra a little bit, but not enough to show through a shirt. I love these inserts, and I would highly recommend them for anybody wanting to add size with an insert that won't slip around.If you are putting these inserts in a pocketed sports bra, you might need to enlarge the side slit on the bra a little bit for ease of placement. (Insert them after you put on your sports bra, especially if it is the pull-over type.)

They do what they say they do. If you just want a lift they work great!

Well they are perfect in my opinion. They stay where they are put all day and give just the right amount of definition.

I wear a 36DD bra, sizing to my left breast, as it is about a cup size larger than my right breast. I’ve used many inserts, even a CD insert and an AB insert in one bra on the right side. That bra was discarded after the first wash and it’s unworn twin was donated. I can get away with no insert in my current bra, but the size difference is noticeable in one style shirt that I have in multiple colors. Hence I purchased these inserts.These inserts don’t move around and don’t leave lines like all my other inserts. They are also very comfortable. I just need to keep them away from the cat hair from our six cats.

I have always had one side smaller than the other. Instead of filling the cup with tissues, I can use this very comfortable reusable product. It cleans and dries easily and quickly due to the breathable holes throughout the product. These holes also allows the body to breathe during use, which prevents any chafing or discomfort to the skin. The silicon content is also hypoallergenic. I plan on buying more of these products.

I wanted these to go in non-padded bandeau bathing suit mainly and they did not fit. Not even close. I tried another style without a pocket and still too large. I would not trust them without a pocket. They are also very heavy! I could see how these would work for some people but they did not work out for me.

I have great sensitivity due to having a bi-lateral mastectomy. Also reconstructed breasts are not quite normal looking due to radiation and such. These supplemented my implants to help fill the cup of the bra. They were lightweight and I didn’t feel them at all! I wore these in 94 degree weather and still didn’t feel them at all.
