Has anyone used this with a dual sport? Specifically the 2004 Suzuki DR200SE?

Kevin yes it will work with your bike. I bought it for my 2008 GSKR 600 and it works great. It's a universal stand and I love mine!

do they work for a 2006 Kawasaki ninja ZX-14?

I don't see why they wouldn't. I put them on my 2012 R1. It helps that they are extremely adjustable. If your rear swing arm isn't modified then i don't see how it wouldn't fit. They also feel really sturdy when my bike is up in the air.

does it fit for CBR 650F?

do you have to buy separate swingarm spools or do those black rubber things work as it I have a ninja 300

Yes you need to buy swing arm spools but nothing for your front forks if that's what you're asking, ensure that you get spools that fit your bike 7mm, 8mm, 9mm and so on
