My waist is 32 inches n I ordered 25 steel bones size M. First day it was difficult to wear on first hooks since there is no elasticity but after 15 days I was Able to hook in last. This is really super product. I usually don't write reviews but for this product I felt like reviewing. I am buying again, second one now :-)

I want to change size. How can I change it?

Im a size 36W..i got the large size. Though it was difficult to put on, i succeeded to wear it on the sevond hook in just the first day.. So i decided to return it and get a medium. Return took only one day and the medium arrived a day after i placed the order. I love it, thought it it tight, it does not pinch the skin

Dont buy this product. I usually wear a size l in all the waist trainers that i have this one is wayyyyy tooo small! I need like a xxxl to fit and im skinny. The fabric is okay but its a struggle to put on! Its not stretchy. if u want to buy this product size up

I can say the quality is nice and because its breathable, there will be enough ventilation. But the size is big for me.. i based the measurement from the chart and its not giving me the expected "tightness". Also i was not able to find same item in Medium size so i went ahead and ordered another one w/c is not breathable.still waiting for my order to come.. One downside is in the item description, its written 25 BONES but the one they gave me is only 9 BONES.

I was confuse with the Size to go for,but a lady helped me with her review. My waist is 43 am suppose to go for 3xl but I ordered 2xl which is perfect on me . Snatched my waist 4 inches away from the first hook and I love it cos am going for the second hook soon.

My old waist trainer was a 3XL, it fit well but I felt I'd lost a bit of support with it so I ordered this waist trainer with the 4 hooks and same size. My old waist trainer was 3 hooks and I was on the last row. This waist trainer is fiddly to do up as its quite stiff on the hooks and I went straight onto row 4 and I felt it did not pull me in at all and it was rolling down at the waist so I ordered another 1 which arrived today and its and XL so I've completely skipped a size, it was tight to get on but I'm on the 1st row of hooks so here's so making it to row 4 over time and not straight away.

I read to order smaller than my size, so I started with a small in the breathable version. It was WAY too small. So I returned it, and ordered a large in the latex boned version. This one fit just right! The bones in it really make it that much better. I've always described my body shape as "rectangle" because after I had a baby I just lost any type of curve in my waist. This makes me feel curvy and secure. It was a little hard to get used to but now I work 6 hour days waitressing in it and I prefer having it on over not having it on. Sometimes the hooks get bent up and won't latch but they are easy to bend back in place. Here is my measurements if it helps with your sizing: 41 Bust 37 Waist 41 Hips Weight: about 155 Height: 5'5 I'm 29 and had a baby 8 years ago, if that helps too.

I purchased the 25 steel bone one and its just as good as the $75 one I had to replace. I am not using this for waist training. I injured my lower back and found that a sturdy waist trainer gives me a lot of ease by keeping my posture straight and the added pressure is like a massage. I will be buying the extra small soon and put it away because I’m at the last eye loop on the small standing at 5’ 4” and 110 lbs. I suggest to select one size down because of the wide lead way. Extremely comfortable, very good quality, fits like a glove and worth every dime.

Waist training I got my Yianna waist belt in Today and I put it on I had to pull and push but I got it On it feels amazing I love how it fit I got a size large Because I Read some of the reviews And they say that it’s supposed to be tight And suck everything in and I still have room when I lose weight in my waist I’m on the first Snap and I will be updating As time goes on And it fits my torso really good Ladies just buy it you’re going to absolutely love it 😍🥰👍
