I’ve had these baby limas on my subscription for over a year. They are my favorite bean. I use them for savory dishes and I make a delicious “cheesecake dip” dessert with them and my friends make me bring it to every gathering.

I cannot find dried baby limas at my grocery stores. My husband ordered these from Amazon and I made bean soup. It was delicious! I just expected all grocers to have it, like when you want split pea soup you can buy the dried peas at the grocery store. I'm glad I had the option of ordering online. Fast service, perfect condition and convenient.

These are beautiful baby limas. I have used both of them already. I made ham and bean soup with one package, and my husband was so impressed, he requested another batch within a week. I soaked them overnight first, poured off the soaking water, rinsed and then followed the simple, yet so delicious recipe. It doesn't get any easier than that. I was so impressed - not one rock, and I only pitched one - only one - bean, because it had a few little spots on it. There is just something about beautiful baby limas; I think they're just a better, more attractive variety of beans. I would recommend these to anyone.
