Will it hold 10 credit cardsand still fit in back pocket comfortably ?

There are places for 10 cards, and my own contains 10 plastic cards, 3 or 4 paper cards, and a five slot photo holder. However, were I to throw 2 quarters into the bill space at the back, it would only barely close.

How do I get my wallet warrantied if its falling apart only 3 months after I bought it here, on Amazon?
