Cold lasts 5 min
Extremely cold right after removing from freezer, lasts for about 7 minutes. I like the ease of use of these gel sleeves, but you should order 2 and rotate so you could always have an icy cold one ready to put on. So much easier than trying to mess with a bag of ice or the old classic frozen bag of peas. This seller has excellent product support and highly recommend.

Runs Large on Me - Otherwise Good
Ordered med and small cuffs. I'm not all that small of a woman. but... The small cuff fitted on arm, is not all that snug. The small is good fit on leg. Use for muscle cramps and pain. Heated in microwave close. to max of 45 sec advised, and cuff was not all that hot and lost warmth within the 15 minutes when used. If I were designing this, I'd like the size to be longer and maybe offer an x-small (which I may have overlooked when ordering). Good addition in my the therapy tools. Have not used the hand therapy yet, but fitted (one size offered) again runs large too. Have not tried using the cooling method.
