Q: Does this work on old dye? My mom is letting her gray come in and it's like gray umbre lol. Can she use this to remove the rest of the color?

I've done two rounds of this product after dying my ash brown hair a ‘toasty fireside brown’..both times my hair has turned out to be red....as if my natural hair color is a red/orange. This is so irritating that it didn't work.

Im a natural blonde but i dyed my hair a light brown with medium brown highlights when i used oops it made my light brown hair white and my medium brown highlights about the same medium brown it really depends on how strong the product is. Hope this was helpful
