Royal Sovereign RPOS-10M Smart 360 POS Cash Register

This is not a cash register, first of all the product does not work, unless you are constantly connected to the internet. so basically unless you have a internet connection, this product is as good as a paper holder. Also once you are able to configure it through terrible set up process and 10 calls to customer service, because the product uses an outdated version of android, it turns up that the software is basically a big calculator.There is much better options out there, with better software and hardware.

We purchased this POS for our small wine & gourmet food shop and are into our third month of use and couldn't be happier.There are systems out there that cost three times as much and don't do half as much as this one.With new updates coming and tech support that cares about its customers, you can't go wrong with this system.

Buyer beware!! This is a piece of garbage. A high priced paper weight. The Smart 360 app is trash as well. It does not work. Technical error that they are aware of but can't seem to fix. The so called IT tech Rolando is no help. Do not buy this system. I would suggest that you look at all apps, as some use specific high priced thermal printers. This one will not work with anything else. I will continue to write reviews until they stop selling this.

1: you have to be on line all the time or it will not work ( saying you only have to be online for the setup only is misleading)2: customer service is okay but a couple of times they cant solve the problem and say they will call back and they never do. .3: All of your info / sales/ programing menu/ is uploaded on a third party website which is not useful.4:screen too small for business5: system crashes a lot, customer service cant figure out why

1.) Customer Service is horrible.2.) Back Office is very unreliable.3.) Continuous pop ups on the tablet make normal transactions impossible.4.) To add an item that is not loaded in the system takes forever.Steer clear of this system you will be so glad you did.

Horrible product. I purchased the first one and the cash drawer came with no keys, and someone got into my back office and loaded their inventory. Sent that one back, got the second one and the tablet didn't work.

Terrible. Nightmare - and the guy I bought it from is scum too.
