how to install?? by cables and power socket??

It does not come with a plug. Just open ended wires that need an electrician to install. It was not practical for me.

is it connected to wire-power socket cable??

It have a cable, but need to do the connection to either a switch or to install a plug of which is not included. Also the cable installed in the light is not very long so if light is far from plug or switch will need a longer cable to join as well. Hope this will answer the question.....
