Heavy duty, tidy, easily stored, ipad stand, associated app, safety rope, nice interface, incline available and speed up to 14km. Maximum weight is 100Kg however it looks it can take up to 110KG. No issues so far.

I disliked the wrong web specs given. I wanted and ordered for 120 KG max user load capacity but I got 100 KG capacity as per user manual pg 12. I am 90 kg weight , you suggested to keep 25 kg buffer for running weight thrust. So replace it with 120 capacity model and take back 100 kg model sent.

Good parts - easy to install - build quality seems good - seems to work as advertised Bad parts - the treadmill IS NOT FLAT. I measured its incline and its 2.5 degrees up. So you are basically running up a gentle slope the whole time unless you put a mat or something beneath it to lift it up. - there is no ‘pause’ setting like normal gym treadmills. I run for more than 10kms at a time and need to take water breaks and i have to set the speed back down to 1.0 (lowest setting possible) and quickly hop off to drink water because there is no cup holder. This is highly ineffective and disruptive. - only after I bought this treadmill have I realised how important a cup holder is. There is no cupholder! Overall rating is alright. Its between 2-3 stars. If they can fix the incline I will raise this rating to 3 or 4.

This treadmill had three joints on the belt and was making a sound on every rotation, contacted the local service provider if they could come and fix it. The response from local Powermax fitness was to contact Amazon. This product was good looking, but the performance was very bad and moreover the local support was sluggish and unreliable. You cannot expect any support in case something goes wrong.

I choose the product after exploring many products for a week and kept it on top priority due to its elegance & space saving option. The treadmill is really very smooth, almost zero motor noise and have much better experience than the treadmills we see in the gyms. Most importantly within a minute I can unfold it in front of my tv, walk few miles while watching Netflix, fold it and keep it beside my wall without using much space. Only point of dissatisfaction is the ambiguity about the motor warranty; while in Powermax website and manual it says 4 yrs, Amazon says 3 yrs and the physical warranty card says 2 yrs while the biggest point for purchasing it with so high price is warranty. However, I would have still rated this as 5 star, but due to very poor and horrible delivery experience (it took 3 weeks through Delhivery courier with 7 days delay of committed delivery date while Amazon previously used to deliver heavy items within two days from such distances before option “Delhivery” as delivery partner. Moreover, the guys refused to deliver the heavy item in my floor), I would rate it 4 star.

So far so good. I've been using it for a week, it doesn't take much space and came pre-installed.
