Had issues with “ utis “ for the last few years which I now know actually aren’t utis but hormonal imbalances causing uti symptoms...how do I know this? The word needs to get out there bc there are so many women suffering so much from this for years taking stuff that doesn’t help and submitting to painful diagnostics that only exacerbate it all. I got this for my wife hoping to help with her hot flashes as she has tried tons of menopause products. At its price point, I did not hesitate hoping it will help but up until now this product did not really work for her. Disappointing.

I've been using it for a few days so I still can't say about the effects. It takes a while to be absorbed so you have to rub it in well. I put a pump once a day and apply it to the area behind my knees.

Ya había usado este tipo de cremas desde hace un par de años solo que al doble de precio. Esta crema tiene muy buen tamaño, el dispensador pone la cantidad correcta por aplicación y la consistencia de la crema es casi idéntica a la que yo compraba al doble de precio. Hoy la utilice por primera vez y todo parece ir de maravilla!!!!! Esta es mi tercera compra y sigo muy satisfecha!!!

Seems to be of a quality product. My dislike is that it doesn't state it contains 2000mg of micronised USP progesterone on the bottle itself, only on this Amazon description, therefore hard to believe how much is actually in the bottle. The pump works well, although the bottle says to use 1/4tsp twice a day, but since it doesn't say how much 1 pump is, it's hard to gauge how much to use. I've used it now for a couple of weeks, and find it has made some minor improvements, however I hope it's not just placebo effect, time will tell.
