I picked this up in April as part of my ongoing stack of leadership and growth books. What I enjoy about Dare to Lead is how it blends the inspiring side of leadership with practical tools you can actually use. It’s not just theory – it pushes you to think differently about courage, vulnerability and what it really means to lead people. The writing style is engaging and down-to-earth, so it’s easy to read without losing substance. It makes you reflect on your own habits and challenges, and more than once I found myself putting it down for a moment to think about how I could apply it in my own work. For me, books like this are about stretching yourself and seeing leadership in a new light. This one definitely delivers on that. If you’re serious about growing, it’s worth having on your shelf.
