False description
False description – the listing states it comes as a pack of 2, but I received only one.

*NOT* HEAVY DUTY beware.
Bought these to hold my workID and access cards. After 250 days the cord snapped. Definitely NOT heavy duty... they claim it will last 100,000 "pulls". That would mean I had used it 400+ times a day every day! Very disappointing, luckily the Amazon Customer Support team saw how poor the item was and how untrue the claims in the listing are.

Not as advertised
Product it self is not bad, 1 star score as only one retractable key chain received with 2 extra rings.

Very good for the price.
I first bought it 5 years ago. I’ve had a problem here and there but they lasted this long. I recommend it by the price and quality. I wasn’t rough with the use of it so it did the work and I’m totally satisfied with it. I did buy again and hoping to get another 5 years.

Worked well untill it didn't
Well based on the date of purchase this lasted me almost 2 years. Had it not be for the plastic coating coming off the wire and my getting a metal splinter in my ginger, I would give 5 stars. Not saying you shouldn't buy it baecause you may not use it as much a I do. (5 days a week, 8 hrs a day) no telling how many time a day I retract that thing back and forth. It also sawed a knotch into the metal piece. I don't think I'll buy this one again because I can't get the metal sliver out from this one.

Wow
Didn't expect them to perform so well. I have 9 keys and a small tool on mine. I leave it on my belt all day and open several doors, truck bed lock. It's strong, no sag at all. It can gold a lot of weight and snap back no problem. Amazing product. And have an unused spare for when the spring gives out.

Durable and Handy!
My boyfriend uses for his work ID. With his job the other ones he had they always would have caught on something and would break. He had to get a new one almost every month. But this one it’s very durable he has been using it over 2 months now, maybe we will get lucky with this one 🤞🏻. It very light, the string is pretty long to reach everything and very handy.
