Quality Product & Fair Price. Make sure Size Works for You.

These planks work well...the sockeye salmon I prepared on them came out killer...the best I have ever had. If I was allowed to change the product, I would make the planks just a bit thicker, and a bit wider/longer. I had to cut up a beautiful salmon fillet into a couple pieces and use 2 planks to cook it. Because of the thickness, it's unlikely I will get more than one use per plank. Nevertheless, I feel like I got quality and value and, in all fairness to the seller, the size of the product is clearly delineated on Amazon.
