How many servings are in the 12lb?

Hello, there are 16 Full Servings or 32 half Servings. Many people only use 1/2 of a serving because its plenty of calories!

What is the calorie and gram intake if water is used instead of milk

Label says 32 oz serving ( with 9 scoops ) is 1265 calories. Front panel says 32 oz serving with whole milk is 1930 calories. Google calorie chart shows 32 oz milk = 580 cal and 32 oz low fat 1 % milk = 383 cal . Really depends on taste. I use water and canned milk. 9 scoops is really not practical, pretty thick shake. If you want more calories add a high calorie supplement. I still supplement with creatine and BCAA's.
