Can I use this to apply Decorator's Varnish?

I used a wallpaper paste brush for decorator’s varnish, because I am still using this brush for wallpaper smoothing.

Can I glue pictures to wall with this?

Bing a Brush, I assume you could spread adhesive with it!? I used it to paste wallpaper.
