Top as usual hitachi hard worker in anything , colling & heating works like charm, loved it

Product is a total dud. Cold water function doesn't work. Don't buy. Very disappointing- more so because I have to re-pack in order to return.

The machine is so good works super good with safety option when you have kids the price is very good compared to the market

It stopped working after 1 month of buying it!! I request a direct contact from the vendor to fix it!

I have been using this item since July 2024, and I have used it sparingly as it has been kept in the study room. It has functioned well, but unfortunately, the pump has recently stopped working. I have already ordered a replacement pump, which should arrive in a few days. Overall, in comparison to the other dispenser I owned for nearly a decade, this one appears to be of a lower quality.

In less than a year it brook 2 times and it took 2 weeks for repair the first time , now it is broken and I don’t know what is gone happened next.

This is a bottom loader, so no need to pick up the water bottles. It also accepts smaller water bottles...

الان بعد مرور سنه تعطلت ولا يوجد ضخ للماء وتم اخدها للتصليح ولكن للاسف تم ارجاعها من قبل الشركة بدون تصليح او تقرير من قبلهم والان لا يوجد اي طريقه للتواصل مع قسم الصيانه
