Do these pull your hair when taking them out?

Yes, if you try taking them out like you would with a regular hair tie, it will pull at your hair. However, depending how loose or tight you have it in your hair also determines how much it pulls. What I do (if it’s pulling too much) is try to unwrap it at least once and then gently take it out (as opposed to pulling it out when it’s already tight and holding back my hair).
