Will this work on a womens wallet or do I need two of them?

I only bought one. I was under the impression that one was all you needed. I put it in the middle of my credit cards so as to equally to protect them all.

How many cards does it hold ?

It doesn't hold cards. It's simply another card... same size as a credit card. If someone attempts to read/steal your credit card info in your wallet with an RFID reader, this card also responds with a scrambed signal that makes it impossible to read credit card code. Analogy: If the illegal RFID scanner was a thief in a room full of people asking naive Mr Visa for your financial information, the VaultCard is Mr Visa's friend that screams BLA BLA BLA BLA every time Mr Visa opens his mouth. Mr Visa still talks, but nobody can hear what he's saying. If the thief misheard even 1 digit of your account info, the info is useless to the thief.

I require a security card to gain access into the office i work at. Will this product interfere with my security card if they are both in my wallet?

No it will not. I have my security card for my office in my wallet and it does not interfere with reading it.

Question for manufacture or someone in the know. Is the card radiating a signal all the time? Is it radiating anything at all?

I am a customer, not a representative of the company. According to the original Kickstarter page: "VAULTCARD switches on automatically when it senses an electromagnetic wave emitted by an RFID scanner. It responds to signal strengths one hundred times smaller than those required for contactless cards to function, and creates a sophisticated electromagnetic jamming signal that blocks RFID readers."
