I’m not sure there’s such a thing as NHS approved. All I can tell you is that this brand is used by many health professionals that I know. I’m a nurse & bought for personal use.

Think it needs to go back might be sending mine back as my readings are quite high just waiting for the nurse to call me up for a check-up as I mentioned it to her and she needs to check but you should get both readings.
