This is an actual Thunderbolt 3 cable, so if you have USB C devices that won't connect at full speed to your mac thunderbolt ports, this will do the trick and give you the full speed for USB devices. Also works well with regular thunderbolt equipment.

Tengo un eGPU conectada a un Macbook pro 2017 13” Touch Bar, con el anterior cable la eGPU se caía constantemente, con va perfecto ya no tengo los problemas de conexión que no se conectaba a la primera. Por otra parte, teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de distintos tipos de señales que puede manejas este conector "Thunderbolt 3", creo que es mejor comprar un cable que de garantías de cumplir las especificaciones y sea capaz de trabajar a las velocidades y resoluciones máximas sin problemas, y con este, para los distintos usos que lo he probado, solo me ha dado satisfacciones
