Does it come in plain black without the white logo?

You can iron the logo off, it worked for me

Is this the child size or adult?

They are adult size. However, They fit my 12 year old son he finds these the most comfortable to wear in school all day.

What is the Maximum washing temperature for these masks in a washing machine?

Sorry, don't know the maximum temperature for washing these masks in washing machine - I usually just wash them inside a net laundry bag (the type I use for washing bras, etc in) at 40 degrees when I do dark wash. Maybe you could use bit of laundry cleanser, the type of stuff that kills 99% of germs, in the detergent draw?
